I am extremely dissapointed to pay a junk service fee to pick up my own cake.
Many options from which to choose!
I’ve ordered the GF lemon raspberry from this location a couple of times. Texture is fluffy, frosting is smooth, not overpowering and decorations are lovely. Great GF option if you ask me. Unfortunately, I would not recommend pre ordering cakes at this particular location . They really disappoint. We frequent the WakeForest location at a minimum of twice a week buying a total of 6 bundt let cakes each time and usually we get excellent service unless Ajhiana W is our server . Then there is always an attitude and issue with applying discounts. Today was no different she was asked if a manger was there or someone who could help her she said no and that she wasn't authorized to give the discount. Her attitude was very nasty and unprofessional.
Very good service! I never have any issues with the food or management at this location. Big thumbs up indeed 👍
