I typically don't write reviews but in this case I felt the need First off the customer service or should I i say a lack there of is truly appalling. I went in with my children to day and we were not treated at all. The atmosphere was very much so the opposite of cheerful. The young man that was there today 3/3/2026 at 11 am with the glasses have the worst demeanor. He truly needs to be trained in customer service. I also received cakes that had to be two or more days old and it tasted like it. They definitely were not fresh... read more
