Gave me a plastic display case and i was met with rude customer service and not even asked if i wanted the cake replaced. Just gave a refund when it was their fault it was wrong. Choose a different location!!!

We had a cake tower delivered as a gift. It was to a place of business. The delivery driver didnt even try to open the door to the company to hand it off. They stuck it on the ground near the door. Its food. Why would you sit it on the ground and not hand it off to the business that should receive the package??
