This location does not honor legitimate Buy One, Get One coupons that 3 other locations do. Disappointed they prefer to turn away a customer rather than honor the offer. The purchase would been for more than just the coupon. I would not visit this location again. Lawrence and Olathe are better places to spend your money.
Awesome customer service. The UBER delivery driver took my order to the wrong place. I called and they sent another dozen right away so that I could give them to my nurse before the end of his shift. No hesitation, they were on top of it and offered to personally deliver them to my hospital room. Thankyou very much. Good customer service is hard to find!
I ordered an 8" lemon cake to pick up on Christmas Eve. While it was a little busy in the store, they came out with my cake within a couple of minutes. The staff were very friendly and professional. The cake was baked to perfection and a hit with the family.

I can’t believe that you all could employ such rude people! The lady at the counter who was close to death didn’t acknowledge us as we tried to decide whether to buy a cake or just individual and when we saw the smaller ones she rudely stated “you have to get those by the dozen”, since apparently we can’t read. You will NEVER get my business until you all actually learn what customer service is considering we are in a RECESSION!!
