To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. I can’t believe that you all could employ such rude people! The lady at the counter who was close to death didn’t acknowledge us as we tried to decide whether to buy a cake or just individual and when we saw the smaller ones she rudely stated “you have to get those by the dozen”, since apparently we can’t read. You will NEVER get my business until you all actually learn what customer service is considering we are in a RECESSION!!

I always feel like a little kid when I walk into this store, and the staff is so amazing I could honestly just move in and live there... and that's not to mention the incredible cakes they make! love love love
Service was so nice, and super fast
Paid extra for the forks. Drove excitedly home to eat my bundt cakes and the forks were not in the bag. I’m very sad
