I love this store and cakes but I am very disappointed recently - not sure if it's a door dash or nothing bunt cake issue but we put in an pre-order 3 days before Christmas eve , they took our money and then canceled the order last minute and now the store is closed until Saturday. Now we cannot do anything and no cakes I guess. Why the heck accept a pre-order you will cancel?!

My daughter got married in March of this year and the Bundlets were a hit ! So moist fresh and flavorful !The communication was professional and the delivery perfect!

Ordered on line for delivery, the website accepted my order. No cake an hour after my delivery time. Called the bakery, they say they never got the order despite my order number. No apology and had to re-order and wait again, still changed full price and the delivery fee. Great cake, terrible customer service
