The young lady working here is always so welcoming and greets with a huge smile on her face. Sometimes thats all someone needs to make their day better, and this young lady did that for me. So thank you! The bundt cakes are amazing too! But I will return because of the service!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your Smyrna, Tennessee location. After purchasing three cakes, I requested a paper bag for ease of carrying my items. I was informed that bags were only provided for DoorDash and Uber Eats pickup orders. As a paying in-store customer, I found this policy both confusing and unacceptable.
