Super sad. Ordered two cakes for my little ones online. I ran into some heavy traffic trying to pick up my order. They close at 7p. I called them at 6:57p and told them I was literally 5 mins away and would be there at 7:02. They told me sorry we will NOT wait nor open the door. I said my order is paid for can you leave it at the door or anything. I just need to grab and go. I can see if I said I’d be there 5 mins after close. Service was great but the cakes were not so much. I love their carrot cake, it’s my favorite. I also got the white chocolate raspberry but there was little to no raspberry. I thought it’d have a filling of some sort but that wasn’t the case either. It wasn’t worth it.
