To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. I’ve made it a tradition to bring my kids to buy them bundtlettes on their birthday. They are a little smaller than they’ve been which is understandable. My concern is with the customer service. I remember for years coming in and always being greeted. The employees have always been friendly but the new employees could care less I’m huge on customer service the employees were on the phones and barely even realized we came in. Great service and the most amazing cake ive ever tasted.
Terrible, left my order on front porch, didn't ring doorbell then look how they were when we opened the box.
The quality hasn't changed but I am very disappointed that they have secretly reduced the size. A single serving bundt is noticably smaller than it was pre Covid.
