I ordered a cake for my daughter, and when I came to pick it up, Hannah was amazing! She provided outstanding customer service, was incredibly friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She is such an amazing employee, and her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. We were at Nothing Bundt Cakes today before noon and purchased a full size chocolate birthday Bundt to go. The associate who helped us said all bags are now $3.50. The associate said there were no more “free” paper bags, and we had to purchase either a paper bag or the plastic bag for $3.50. We were surprised to hear this, as paper bags were previously included at no charge to carry out any Bundt purchase with.
