Cakes are good but the customer service needs some work, very rude

Stopped by yesterday at 1:00 to get some cakes for a family function. As we walked up to the door the employee came out of the store and locked the door behind her. And told everyone she “had to close real quick”. There were 2 other customers walking up at the same time that were also turned away. Need to hire some better employees that are actually in the building when they are supposed to be.
I order 10"cakes from here, at least once a month, for work functions. Today, I sent a coworker to pick up an order for a specialty cake($50) that was ordered 1 week in advance. While the coworker was waiting for the order, she heard a staff member cry out and heard something hit the ground, then it took another 15 mins for the cake to be ready and nothing was mentioned about the cake.
