My wife order some cupcakes for my birthday party last month and they only gave her half the order. She then called them to be told that they couldn’t find her receipt in the system. I am highly disappointed with the lack of customer service and accountability at this location. On May 16, my daughter ordered and paid for two boxes of birthday cupcakes but was only given one box. She called the store immediately. Instead of fixing the mistake, the staff repeatedly claimed they could not find my receipt in the system and kept promising call-backs that never happened. I ordered 2 boxes of Celebration Hats Bundtinis cupcakes. They only gave us one box and I immediately called and explained that they only gave me one box of 12ct. they apologized over and over and said they could not find my receipt in the system and I said I assure you I’m in the system. I have the email with my receipt. They did not resolve my issue. I have given them many chances to resolve my issue. They refused to give me the Manager phone number.
The young kids working there need more experience I had to tie my own balloon to my own order no pos wow ....lol hire me next time
