Customer service is always great. I had a slight issue with a delivery order and the staff was extremely helpful.

Ordered cakes online arrived 5 minutes before pickup, paid for cakes, walked in and person yelled from the back get out we are closed. Called store was told they are closed, called customer service and they are closed. What is going on???
So disorganized. Mother's day you would think they would be more prepared . The wait for my order was 40 min?!?! The worst part is the cake was not even worth the wait or money. Get it together owner.
