We have tried almost every variety of cakes available here. I will say they are very delicious. The reason for my two stars review is that I discovered they use artificial colors and most likely some artificial flavors in their products. In today’s day and age when there is proven evidence that these things cause serious health concerns, including, but not limited to cancer, I will not support companies that take the cheap route. Edit 1/20/26 - I'm updating my review. I was reached out to regarding the mishap. They were unaware of the 5pm vs 4pm time still listed on the app and website. They have been quick to apologize and refund. I will certainly try to order from Mentor location again now that this has been cleared up.
