Edit 1/20/26 - I'm updating my review. I was reached out to regarding the mishap. They were unaware of the 5pm vs 4pm time still listed on the app and website. They have been quick to apologize and refund. I will certainly try to order from Mentor location again now that this has been cleared up. I look forward to my mini cake im supposed to get for my birthday. I try to go in there a couple times a year for others and my Treat to myself is that delicious little reward I get on my bday every year. I know its petty, but why would I keep going when you take my rewards away?
