I placed an order for a birthday party and somehow my online order glitched. The charge went through my account but I never received an order confirmation. I called the store and the staff member who answered was very polite and immediately sought more help through management. Great variety of cakes. Staff were friendly, but appear to be fully trained. Store is small but has lots of gift ideas to go along with their cakes.
We would come more but there is almost always a line and need more servers, at least during busy times.
Worst place in town, from rude disrespectful staff to waiting ridiculous long time for basic orders made hours even day earlier, go anywhere else, candy bar from the gas station preferable
