This place use to be great. Boy, so not now. They have no cakes. They have one in the case out front as a display. Three times we've gone in to get a cake and we had our choice of two, neither of which we wanted. Last week I called to make sure they had the cake we wanted. She said yes and it would take 5 minutes to frost. I said we'd pay cash. She said no problem. Husband drives down there. About 10 people in line. Have to wait for cakes. No cakes in case to look at. Took at least 15 min. Second time in a row. Inside looks like a store going out of business. I’ve been coming here for years. It ain’t what it used to be.

Horrible set up the counter is set up the long way with not much room between it and the door and no set up system for a line had 6 other people waiting and unable to know who was next had 2 people order before us that got there after us because the cashier addressed them first because they hadnt been upfront to know

I used to come here all the time, but this will be my last. The cashier charged me for five bundlets when I only wanted three. When I went back to let her know that I only wanted three and she had overcharged me. She had said she was gonna get me a refund. She goes to the back and then comes back to the register and says that she cannot do a refund and asked if I wanted store credit.
