The cakes are decent, however the reason for the bad review is the lack of communication. They state they are open until 6 during the week however when I show up at 520 and they are closed, its pretty infuriating. Go to Goldstone and get an Ice cream cake instead.
I made an order a week in advance and it was not ready on time. I myself was late and the order was still not ready. Order was 40 min late.
Very unprofessional management and employees
Please do better. My family drives all the way from Fernley to get cakes for holidays, birthdays special occasions. This is the 2nd time in 3 months that we've gotten a box of cupcakes and they were just thrown in the box, most were laying on their sides almost completely upside down. We love the cakes. Since they cost $33 for 12, there needs to be a little more care when boxing them.
RUINED an important event we had scheduled, had temail given to us 3 times, and then delivered the amount of cakes 5 hours early to the wrong location. tried speaking to the owner for some sort of refund or fix, and they refused to talk to us twice. Horrible service, horrible owner.
