SHAMEFUL! This place opened just by my house. I have used the location on Highway six for probably 15 years or more. I have to have gluten-free. For any event, I always get myself and my husband a gluten-free small cake so that we may have something when the rest of the family does. Totally reliable product. This is how we like our cakes, flavorful, and with no hard, waxy frosting. A good addition to the area.
Had a cake delivered and there is a BUG baked into one of my cakes. Luckily i looked at the fork biting down. Don’t eat here. This is unsanitary!
Store #588, 10227 west Grand Pkwy Suite 104 Richmond, TX does not accept promotional items. It is the nearest to my job. I joined the app and I was not allowed to retrieve my free Bundtlet.
Highly recommend you check your bag before leaving when ordering through the app or you might be missing an item like I was. They didn’t really give me a hard time about it, but having to drive back in the rain for a Bundtlet was definitely an inconvenience with no accommodation, except for awkward stares when you come back for what you paid for. Zero accountability
