I speaker to kasie on the phone she was the absolute sweetest thing ever. I couldn't figure out how to order online and I needed a cake for today. She helped me out in less than 5 minute smy order was being made. Kasie was absolutely sweet and pleasant to talk with 10/10 service
I arrived just before closing to pick up my online order, the young women were so sweet and gave great customer service. My two boxes of Birthday Bundtinis were so good, fresh, and a big hit at the party.
