I am far away Columbus, and I ordered this cake for friend (a university lecturer/PhD holder). I was expecting a birthday cake customized with the name of the celebrant but that didn't happen. I had thought that is the norm for a birthday cake but looks like that was not part of the service. All the same the cake itself was top notch but the expected labelling was left. Thanks
