The cakes themselves are 5 stars, but the management at this location needs work. I had an issue with one of my Bundtlets being "skimpy" compared to the others. When I asked if I could exchange it for a different flavor since they were the same price, the manager didn't even acknowledge my question. She just replaced it with a slightly bigger one of the same flavor and moved on. It felt very dismissive. If you’re looking for consistent sizing and friendly service, you might want to double-check your box before leaving!
