The cakes themselves are 5 stars, but the management at this location needs work. I had an issue with one of my Bundtlets being "skimpy" compared to the others. When I asked if I could exchange it for a different flavor since they were the same price, the manager didn't even acknowledge my question. She just replaced it with a slightly bigger one of the same flavor and moved on. It felt very dismissive. If you’re looking for consistent sizing and friendly service, you might want to double-check your box before leaving!

He apologized sincerely, not out of obligation, but because he genuinely cared that my experience was anything less than good. We visited for the first time yesterday. I had heard wonderful things about Nothing But Bundt. I was thrilled to see that my friends were spot on. We took pictures, took our time, and just really enjoyed 😉 the experience. The store staff was great, although they probably thought we were nuts. However, they were friendly and definitely were tolerant of us old folks. LOL
