To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. Terrible management. Takes advantage of their employees.
Double Shout out to Nothing Bundt Cake-Fayetteville. The employees there were awesome, especially the nice young lady that helped brainstorm our softball/baseball gender reveal. She was such a pro as if she done this a million times. I just want to share a photo with the Fayetteville Team and say thank you all again.
Terrible customer service. Pick up scheduled for first thing on the morning. Asked if I could pickup the night before . Person who answered was Extremely rude, arrogant, immature. 2 days later they called again and said I never picked up. I had picked up 24 hours earlier. Again tude arrogant and immature. Cake was nothing special.
Great service, couldn’t pull up the rewards but was able to show ID and get a free bday gift!
