To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. I placed an online order for a Nothing Bundt Cakes birthday cake with delivery provided by a third party. When I found out at the last minute that the cake recipient was leaving his house early, the Monroe store staff did all they could to help me. The manager of the store even delivered the cake personally to assure it would get there on time! I know their cakes are excellent, but this service level is above and beyond. Thank you to the management and team at the Monroe NC store!
Lazy. I have bought here before, Matthews NC store and University are store. Never ever have I been told until today that they cannot put the cakes in a box . I told them I am giving them to someone can I have a box that I could see and they said no. All they had to do was remove them from the plastic container and put them in the nice box instead of giving them to me in brown paper bag.
