Bad customer service.This place is not what used to be. They dont care about the customer.
Love the crepe cake and tiramisu cake. The sweetness is just right for me. Not like other bakeries who put tons of sugar in.
On December 24th, we purchased a cake and went to pick it up at the scheduled time, only to find the store closed without any prior notice. When we contacted the store to explain the situation and request a refund, the experience was extremely disappointing. The manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, showing no empathy or willingness to properly resolve the issue.
