Staff is very rude including the owner. Everyone was in the back. Customers not getting help and leaving while we waited. Been in the store several times and the experience is always about the same.
Cakes are great, store is convenient to Ormond and Daytona but this franchise DOES NOT participate in corporate promos. Franchisee is turning customers away. With so many other bakery options within a mile of this location, you may want to rethink your marketing tactics.
All hype! My first time trying their cakes and it was nothing special. Got the Oreo cake, frosting was too sweet, cake was ok. For near $7 I expected more.
