Called to have a cake delivered same day, gal that answered the phone was amazing, understanding and accommodating. Experience was top notch from begening to end. Cake was delivered when promised and exactly what was expected. Absolutely would recommend and use again. Great job!
I had an excellent experience with Nothing Bundt Cakes in Santa Fe. There was an issue caused by a third-party vendor, and when I called the store, Maddie handled everything beautifully. She was incredibly helpful, genuinely apologetic, and resolved the situation quickly without me having to push or argue. Customer service like this really stands out, and it made a lasting impression. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!
On Valentine's Day, I decided to stop by for the first time. Very friendly customer service by woman who asked me if this was my first time there. I got a free small bunt cake. Very delicious! I had the Love potion and also the carrot cake. I recommend !
Our dear friend Beth helped us with an order of small cup cakes to take to our granddaughters preschool for her birthday. Beth did the ordering and all we had to do was pick them up. We were very surprised when we entered this small and cute cake shop. The shop was such a delightful place. Maddie was so kind and sweet when she helped us she brought tears to my eyes. Such a wonderful place. I recommend you stop and try their big cupcakes. Share it with someone special or buy one for yourself. You won’t be disappointed 😁
It's probably not every day someone walks into a cake store looking for a "Chemo Cake." But when my wife was approaching her last chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer, I knew I wanted to get a cake as part of the celebration.
