Cakes are always delicious and staff are friendly.
If I could put 0 stars I would, we had a baby shower and cake ordered weeks before, they did not deliver. They didnt even make the cake. I have been the one chasing them down to know what's up with my cake instead of them taking charge of their mistake. They were quick to just suggest refund but not to provide any solutions , I am deeply dissappointed and this is just not something that can be solved with "well here's your money bye". Supposedly they would deliver a cake home for free, but to be honest it sucks to be the one... read more
