Fantastic product, we have always loved it. The Birkdale staff person was as bad as the food is good. Will go to Mooresville going forward. Fighting Birkdale traffic is one thing, fighting traffic and being treated poorly is not ok.
The staff is as sweet as their cakes! The perfect option for birthdays. Hosting a crowd? Go with the assorted bundtinis- they’re AMAZING! 🤩 Favorite flavors: lemon raspberry and confetti!
A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! 10/10 recommend if your looking for a local bakery! All staff was very sweet and helpful! I specifically was helped by a young woman named Claire who also happened to decorate my cake! She did a wonderful job and made sure to keep up with all of my special requests! When I got my receipt, she directed me to a survey to get me a BOGO bundtlet as well, I was very appreciative of her pointing that out, I would’ve missed it! Will definitely be coming back!!
