In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. So I do delivery orders sometimes and on their phone it says they open at 9:00am mon and tue. I accepted an order from here around like 9:15-9:20 a.m. which they shouldn't be accepting Uber delivery orders if they're not going to be open even though it says they should be open on their phone. So I knocked because I have a person waiting for their food that they ordered and she just blankly stared at me and went into the back. Love the cakes but came to this location for the first time and the service was terrible. First I felt like I was bothering them and interrupted their free time since they had no customers. I asked for a dozen bundtinis and they said they only had the signature box, I asked if I could just take out the lemon, the girl said no, it's the way they come. Didn't really have an option. Went to the store to order cakes for a shower. Wasn’t acknowledged I stood there after a while I took a menu home. Called later today was put on hold for a while. This is the second time I’ve been to the La Verne location. Won’t be ordering from here even though it’s the closest location. Customer service is a ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. It’s a shame Someone needs to teach them how to treat the customer you still have
