Great place
First time trying a Bundt cake from this chain. We were amazed at how good it was! Nothing commercial tasting about it. The chocolate chocolate chip cake was so moist and with the cream cheese icing, it made it extra special. We purchased the largest size to feed the family and all enjoyed!
TERRIBLE customer service. They refused to give me my birthday bundtlet! I drove over 30 minutes to pick it up (I don't live near a NBC) and am so upset. For some reason I didn't get my annual birthday email this year? I don't have the app, so they would not give it to me regardless of having my ID on me. Not the girl's fault I didn't receive an email but cmon man... Not trying to be a Karen but I've been looking forward to this for a week and it really sucked to be turned down.
