To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. This is the very first time I have been treated like something less from this company. The lady behind the counter 1. Doesn't listen even after asking a question. 2. Lost out on business because I was going to get a couple of cakes for myself and friend but since she was a little rude I decided not to spend my money here. The staff are friendly and kind. The cake is so delicious me and my mom favorite spots to go.
Really wish I could give more than 5 stars! I love the employee that is there every time I go in! The manager there is super kind. I personally love all the decorations in the shop, the layout and display of all the cakes and flavors. It is worth every penny. I also got the surprise ball that unravels with different treats and toys. It was really cool. I went there for my 26th birthday and got the mini/personal confetti cake.
