Stopped in for birthday cake.and left with 8 cakes and 6 flavors all delicious.
Trash store and employees. Very rude and unprofessional. Lied to me and said I could have a refund. She went into the back and I could hear them giggling about my order. She then came back and says that they can’t refund me. That there is nothing they can do when it was in fact their company’s app had reset my flavor of choice, when I went back to edit the decorations. Greedy, not customer friendly. Paid over 60.00 for a cake that could have been had in a grocery store for 15.00. It was ugly, plain and an insult to even LOOK at. There was also a problem with the order and the middle aged, dark-haired woman (sorry, she never offered her name), never helped or returned our call. She just grabbed her money like a robot and ignored us as though we never existed. Probably from NY or LA, I surmise.
The owner, Misty, was incredible and so sweet and kind.
