In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. My first negative instance with this establishment was the fact that they open at 10 AM and I was waiting around for the store to open. The employees didn’t open the store until 10:09. I had to call after waiting outside at the door for several minutes. Seems that they lost track of time but unprofessional. I’m also tired of them only making a small amount of their specialty flavors. Most of the time they are “out” before people have time to get there after work. Disappointing service.
Went here to pick out a cake for my daughter’s 15th birthday which is today. Daughter asked for a birthday sample since today is her birthday. We were told we needed to sign up on the website, which I did because my daughter is 15 and she doesn’t need to be getting promotion emails from a bakery but I don’t mind getting the emails because we do enjoy Bundt cakes.
