The Young lady that waited on me was so pleasant and kind It just made my day an put a smile on my face just her kind ways made a big difference To me an the other costumers in the store today it made me excited to be able to leave a review Because this store is five star an I will return a lot more
Two years ago, my experience here wasn’t the best. My best friend surprised me with a specialty Bundt cake for my birthday, complete with extra add-ons she paid for, and the service was… lacking. No smiles, no proper greetings, and even though it was a birthday cake, the staff didn’t even wishme a happy birthday—it felt rushed. Fast forward to this year, we decided to give them another try, and it was definitely better.
