I have the app on my phone however I asked to receive my points but because I already paid for my items the cashier said to late. She never even asked if I was a reward member. She was help at all. She was not pleasant at all. Terrible customer service.
I have to say the way my order was handled by, Jada and the district manager, Ashlyn was so unprofessional and I’m disgusted with the service, I placed my order online on the 31st of March and I was called at 12:40 today (April 3rd) and my pick-up time is 12:00 pm on the 4th!!
