Went on a busy day but was happy with the service and the cake was delicious. The manager working the front was very kind and respectful and she was very polite. I would recommend this place to everyone
Ridiculous prices!! Absolutely crazy - 12 little tiny cupcakes that you could literally eat in one bite (2 if you want to stretch it out)... 50 bucks!! Don't get me wrong they're good but they better be at that price LOL
I called San Clemente store for a quick last minute order I needed in an hour vs going online. Carrie said, no problem and patiently waited for me to decide a dozen flavors…so kind and helpful!!
Walked in today 3/21 to order my birthday cake and Jim, who I thought was the owner or manager, helped me out. I’ve never met a more pleasant human working at nothing Bundt!!! I’ve been supporting nothing ever since original owner started it all. Cakes are fresh and a lot to choose from… but as for Jim, he could be the reason why people keep coming back. I spent $40 for a delivery, and despite the fact that nothing showed up, the company said that it wasn’t their problem and they charged me anyway despite my photographic evidence that nothing was delivered. Don’t waste your time. I called the credit card company and as soon as the pending charges are processed they will be flagged as fraudulent. You can’t charge me for a delivery you never made
