Amazing employee
Diana D was nothing short of amazing. After driving to 3 locations Diana made a very kind gesture that brought me to tears tonight. I arrived to the location, it was close to closing and she greeted me with a very big smile and very positive attitude. Seeing her positive attitude and great customer service would make anyone’s bad day instantly go great. I hope to meet a lot more people like Diana in this world & I pray God bless her with many more years in this earth.I can’t thank her enough.. Thank you again Diana.
It wasn’t a very welcoming experience today. The workers weren’t the most pleasant or most helpful when inquiring about the app. While one attempted to explained, the other stared, & glared with no assistance…both watched as I walked out the door, and neither said thank you. Just was not a great experience today!
Diana is very rude. No customer service skills. She got upset because I changed the flavor of my bundlet before I paid for the order. Will not be going back and continuing to purchase with this type of behavior that is accepted at this store.
I've never felt so uncomfortable walking into a bakery before. I visited this Nothing Bundt Cakes location expecting the same warm, friendly service I've received at other stores but sadly, that was not the case. The staff was cold, distant, and almost completely avoidant. Not once did I feel welcomed or even acknowledged with basic courtesy.
