i just experience the best and most sweetest service ever. staff here really helped me picking out the best cake and brought it to my care because my baby was sleeping. i’m so sad i didn’t get her name. i just wanted to say thank you again, you made my day.

Ordered and choose a design in person for a bday cake pickup. We got the best support and recommendation for the woman working that day and came back about 30 mins later to pick up the cake on the same day! They have cute decorations and tons of designs to choose from for your special occasion.
I frequent this location often, and the staff are always kind and courteous. However, on my last two visits, the bundlets I purchased were not fresh. This was very disappointing, as I always expect great taste and freshness from Nothing Bundt Cakes. Perhaps this is a sign that I need to take a break from bundtlets for a while.
I paid and ordered online for 2 dozen mini bundt cakes days before my event. My pick up time was 3pm. On the day of the event, which was a surprise party, I was so busy that I forgot to pick up my order. I realized around 7pm that I didn't pick up the cakes. I can't believe this location never called as a courtesy to see if I was picking up my order!
