I went to the store on 2/6/26. No one greeted me. I walked out and back in hoping it rang someone in the back. Still no one. I opened the employee door and a nice lady who was preparing sonething said someone would be with me. After about 5 minutes someone appeared with an attitude. This is unfortunate to have to write. My family and I have genuinely enjoyed these delicious little cakes, but I had an experience tonight that left me gagging. As a went to take a bite, a hair so long with icing on it, hit my chin. I immediately removed the bit from my mouth and discovered an extremely long nasty hair that had been mixed and baked into my cake. I called to make the establishment aware. I usually don’t make google reviews but this place deserves one. The staff was extremely rude and most of them weren’t even doing there job it took us a couple minutes to even get someone to take our order when the place was completely empty.
I have been coming to this location for several years and every interaction has been good. But, last night I called to reschedule my pick up time for my son’s birthday cake for today from 5:45pm to 10:00 am so I didn’t have to fight the traffic after work coming from Suwanee. I spoke to DP and he handled it not too long before closing with professionalism and understanding. I made sure to let the ladies in the store know today when I picked up.
