Customer service was excellent. Ashley was amazing
Buyer beware. We placed an order and had to cancel due to a family emergency. We called right away a few days from pick up date and were told, no problem and a refund would be issued. Had to call back 3 times and same story so we went to the credit card company. Seller told Visa that we cancelled too late. No refund. Will never order again.
I have been coming to this location for several years and every interaction has been good. But, last night I called to reschedule my pick up time for my son’s birthday cake for today from 5:45pm to 10:00 am so I didn’t have to fight the traffic after work coming from Suwanee. I spoke to DP and he handled it not too long before closing with professionalism and understanding. I made sure to let the ladies in the store know today when I picked up. The banana pudding cake was delicious!
Just a heads up that the employee at this location said they didn’t honor the BOGO promotion sent in a National email…. Another location had never heard of that… I drove almost an hour to be told that when I specifically went for that promo. Cakes are usually good though.
