I have a large family and we love our Bundt cakes for birthday celebrations and special events, however, our purchase this time was sickening - literally. We purchased 10 in Oreo cake that was not fully done. We were not aware of this, of course until the middle of my son’s birthday dinner. Terrible customer service! Celina is awful she give you word for word. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! They want to tell you how to use a BOGO coupon that does not have exclusions on what bundtlet you can get. They make up rules as they go! I see why the reviews are 3.0.

I came in on 10/14/2025 to purchase a 10” decorated carrot cake. I was asked to wait 20 mins to have it made which was perfectly ok. To our surprise, when I cut and distributed the cake, it was a STRAWBERRY cake instead of what I paid for. The cake wasn’t fully cooked and was raw to taste. Cheap scammer at this location. They showed Bundlet bundle in a nice box and when we came to pick our cake they put it in a cheap brown bag. Even when we said it’s for our son birthday ! Never come here again and please stay away from this location. Please don’t enable them to scam us with false information on their website !! HORRIBLE way of doing BUSINESS !!!
