My first time at Nothing Bundt Cakes. I bought two personal sized cakes. One for myself and one for my daughter. I noticed the employee put ONE plastic fork in the bag. I asked for another fork please and, the worker informed me that it is “one fork per order” and that they need manager approval to give out more than one fork. They advertise certain flavors on the window before they become available to the public! They were advertising the new s’mores flavor (which taste freaking horrendous, I literally had to spit it out!!!) and it wasn’t available the day I went in. I had to come back 3 days later to actually be able to try it. And no I’m not talking about it being sold out, I mean COMPLETELY UNRELEASED. Fourth visit to Nothing Bundt Cake, but FIRST visit to the Buford location which is not at all concerned about customer satisfaction. I requested a fork and was told "we specialize in carryout, we don't have forks." I replied, not even upon request and I was told no. When visiting 2 other locations (on 3 different occasions) forks were provided upon my request. I don't understand why this Buford location chooses not to provide forks, even upon request. That's diabolical.
Wish I got a picture before it was devoured mostly but ive ordered here twice for graduation cakes and they are a crowd pleaser!!! They are so good and they look small but this is after a party of 30 and still some to take home. I had someone many people ask if I made it lol I didn’t take the credit but they are now Bundt cake fans.
