Extremely poor customer service. I phoned before coming and was told my cake was ready for pickup after being placed on hold for 5 mins. Only to be told she was the only there and to help customer in the store. I get to the store no greeting..no may I help you. I told her I come to pick up my cake. NO READY NO APOLOGIES. I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN. 11041 Shadow Creek Prwy. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
