I heard a lot of good stuff about this place, but when I went, they sold me a display cake. The lady said that have first sell the display cakes before can start selling fresh stuff. Not a good place I would avoid buying anything from here.
Just went in and the lady tells me I can't pick my dozen because they too busy! So you want me to pay for what you want me to have. I wanted to try the snickers one and she said no! Will never be back! Horrible customer service!
I needed a refund on a gift card that I walked out to my car with and realized I needed to chng the amount. Shift Manager is very rude and told me because it is a gift card, they do no refunds.?? and 2 workers originally said they could add to the card. Were not able to do that so they wanted to give me another card for less than $4. The card was to be placed in a birthday card and mailed. Won't refund my money? What sorta Trump world nonsense is this?
