To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. I brought a birthday cake for my daughter birthday party of 20 people that night cut the cake and realized they gave me the wrong cake. I went the next day for a refund and they denied me a refund. My daughter did not enjoy her cake on her birthday. It was their mistake. I will never buy cakes from them again.
I ordered 2 bundlets….gave her my coupon she said it had already been redeemed I told her this was my first time in the store!!!!! She refused to take it so i ordered online and the coupon work!!!! Bad customer service!!!!
