Delicious cakes and really good service
I ordered a cake ($48) for my boss' birthday but then was told it was not needed. I called to see if I could get a refund as the cake was not to be picked up until the next day. Was told that the store manager Marcia refused a refund even though the cake was not yet made because the ingredients had been purchased, which is silly as they make those cakes in batches and the ingredients will most certainly be used for another cake.
