Absolutely Terrible customer service. My mother went to pick up cupcakes for me, the woman asked for names, which were given and she said she didn't have them. I called, asked and she said the wrong name was given. She gave the correct last name, but wrong first name. Went back to get them rolled her eyes and was extremely rude. Told her she could have been helpful, but she didn't care.
Easy Online ordering, taste is stupid good. The extra frosting to pay for is not really worth it though. The additional birthday card isn't worth it either, it got smashed and bent in the pickup/transport anyways.
I tried the carrot Bundt cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes and it was jus okay. The flavor was good, but it was served really cold, which made it less enjoyable. It probably would have been much better if it was at room temperature.
Always the perfect treat!
