I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Last month, I ordered the mini bundtinis for a friend's birthday to have them delvered to her house for her birthday. I wrote in the instructions... please do not leave on the porch. If no one answers bring back to the store and notify me. I found out a week later that they were left on the porch because the person I sent them to came home to find them.. how embarassing. I called the location multiple times for a refund but no one ever picks up the phone.
Every employee I have encountered at the Carytown location has been FANTASTIC !! They are courteous, sweet, and very helpful. Every cake we have tried ,has been wonderful, flavorful. and moist.
I ordered online, then called the local store to reschedule delivery. Everyone was friendly, said yes we can reschedule your delivery, HOWEVER, it was never rescheduled. They tried to deliver it no one was home. (Which is why I wanted it rescheduled.) called again to verify they had new rescheduled delivery date, again people were very nice HOWEVER, it was never delivered!! Pain in the ass! Needless to say I got a refund.
