EDIT... 9 MONTHS LATER, Vanessa acted the same way. Causing me distress just trying to figure out how to get it to work. Vanessa seemed VERY bothered when my daughter and I came in for her free bundt cake for her birthday. She was rude from the second we didn't know where to find the info on the app. The whole time she talked to us like we were beneath her. My daughter felt so embarrassed by the way the way she was talked to. Very unprofessional and unacceptable
Went in for my birthday cake and Venessa acted like it was a huge deal. She was completely rude and made me feel stupid. I had only been here once with a friend to get her cake. So I signed up. But the app wasn't working. She really needs to learn how to talk to communicate and help people. I won't ever go back. I was so embarrassed.
The store is clean, organized and the Bundt display is front and center. The clerk assisted us with making a selection for our needs, a party and also getting credit for our purchase in the app. I purchased an already prepared Birthday Presents Bundtinis® - Signature Assortment was chosen! 1.
