The store is clean, organized and the Bundt display is front and center. Uber delivered a cake I ordered for my mother in law for her birthday to the wrong address. I knew it was wrong immediately when they sent a picture of where it had been delivered. I contacted the Blue Springs, Missouri bakery and got to talk to the bakery manager. Ruby was very apologetic and remade the cake and delivered it to the correct address herself. Score excellent customer service for the Blue Springs Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery and my sincere thank you to Ruby. My mother in law was delighted!
