I went to place an online order for a dozen bundtinis for my office and had a question about how they handle gluten allergies, basically asking if there was a possibility I could make sure the gluten bunditinis were in a separate box and I would pay extra for that if needed. Vanessa was extremely rude and speaking to me in a belittling way. So I cancelled my whole order.
Never open. Saturday afternoon at 4:20. All sitting in back, case empty. Refused to get up to come up front. I waited in the car and watched as at least 4 people finally emerged and left. Then place didn’t close till 5 and they were all gone by 4:30
