The cakes are delicious, but the customer service is non existent. I have gone into this Blue Springs location twice and each time the cashiers just stand there and look at me. Even the ladies in the back will keep coming to look at who's in the store, but they don't ask if you've come in for an occasion or if they can help you find a dessert cake. I walked in with my service pet who was completely covered and didn’t even get halfway in the door when I was told that I could not enter unless she was a service pet. I once again told her she indeed was a service pet and she told me I had to go outside after verifying that with her and wasn’t allowed in and with an attitude she said “this is a bakery”. Well obviously I knew that when I walked in there hence why I was there. Lost business for them. I’ll never go back to this location.
Absolutely delicious, and the cashier was very nice. The store itself is a cute little shop that has a very friendly and inviting feel. They even have gluten free cakes that taste amazing.
Yikes. I've never been anywhere that insists on needing to see your i.d. to redeem your account birthday reward. Thankfully, she accepted my Facebook page/picture and the fact that I had a fb event set up for my birthday to confirm it was "actually my birthday" but she for sure made it awkward as a customer trying to celebrate with my kids.
Amazing place to enjoy a sweet treat. Fair pricing and good quality treats. Also great customer service Ruby is amazing. Side note banana pudding bundt is 10/10 delicious 😋
