Service was ok. Did an online order for pick up, everything is ok until a delivery person come in and cut into the front of the line, then they need three people to help that order. WOW seems like they care more about their online delivery order then online order or walk in order. That’s really unfortunate.
I’ve been a long time customer but I haven’t been to this location. I ordered a small Bundt and asked for some silverware so I could eat it with my sister but I was told they didn’t give them out. How am I supposed to eat the cake? With my hands. I would not have paid for the cake if I knew I couldn’t have a fork or spoon. Not to mention it looked like she picked the one that had dropped.
