I placed an online order at 2:04 p.m. for one dozen Signature Bundtinis with a scheduled pickup time of 2:30 p.m. I arrived at 2:40 p.m. and was told it would be another 3–4 minutes. After waiting about 5 more minutes, I finally received my order. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the presentation. The icing looked like it had been hastily slapped on sideways, and the Bundtinis looked messy and unappealing.
