The new biscoff(like the cookie) flavor paired with the cream cheese frosting is to die for.
I made so many observations while here today, but ill just sum it up by saying The front house staff has an attitude that is extremely offputting to customers. "Oh gawd PLEASE tell me you are here to pick up and not order" and audibly infighting with the back of house staff to where the customers waiting could hear the bickering happening in the background. I ordered the Coconut snowflake bundtlette bundle online I had issues so I called the store the next morning, Tina took care of ordering online for me and was very pleasant. When I arrived the next morning I was greeted warmly by the staff and my order was ready for pickup the cake is amazing as usual. I'm very pleased overall with everything at this store location.
I am newly working nearby and checked this location out. Customer service was amazing and they were more than happy to tell me all about the products and answer all of my questions.
