I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I recently visited Nothing Bundt Cakes and unfortunately received very poor customer service. The employee who assisted me seemed disengaged and uninterested. She didn’t ask basic questions like what size or options I wanted, and when I tried to ask questions, her only response was “huh?” multiple times. I 100% AGREE w/ all other reviewers about Nothing Bundt Cakes customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! It's EASTER Sunday & my Son has been raving about how great the Red Velvet is, so I wanted to put a smile on his face & check out the store. As soon as we walked in, no one was at the register. Eventually an employee walked out and just looked at us. Did NOT greet us at all, nor did she offer to help or make any type of welcoming intro. Omg please get someone with personality to work in there. The girl who works in there makes me feel so unwelcome whenever I go in. What is the problem. Lord have mercy!

If I could leave 0 star I will do so. This store is horrible. I called the store and told them that I couldn’t apply the BOGO code online, Matt told me to go to the store directly. I explained to him that I just wanted to double confirm that I can do it in the store as it take me time to be there.
