2nd time ordering from West Covina store and have to wait 5-10 minutes for anyone to help. Could hear 3-4 people in back but no one helping customers waiting up front.

Went in tonthe store right now 1:10 p.m. and ask about the biscoff cake. Told by the employee with a smirk on her face and she looks at employee next to her which was emberasing.. she says "The Biscoff" we're done for the day.. like i said the smirk on her face and looking at fellow employee was unprofessional and embarrassing because it was like a to bad for you to me who is the customer making fun of me. Your store opens at 9 a.m. its 1:10 p.m.and you don't have anymore of the cakes for the entire day and your store closes... read more
