So why would you have a gluten free cake that doesn’t have gluten free frosting?? And for the same price??? That’s just stupid!!
I was in this location last week and the manager there was awful to her employee right in front of me and other customers in the store. Very unprofessional and I felt so sorry for the employee. She had the employee in tears. Terrible management
Ok so their bundt cakes are good at this location but the reason for the 3 stars they have horrible customer service, not friendly not that welcome into our store attitude more like hurry up order and pay and get out lol! Just keeping it real. I think management should train better on providing their employees with not even exceptional but at least ok customer skills. Other than that store always looks clean and their bundt cakes are pretty good.
Love love love their White Chocolate Rasberry and the newest Reese’s Peanut Butter bundtinis! Best dessert for group gatherings 🥰 purchased around noon and left them out to serve at dinner, moist Bundt cakes and creamy frosting. Highly recommend as a cupcake alternative.
