Clean and fast and goood
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Nothing Bundt Cakes. I placed an order for delivery through Uber Eats, and not only did the cake never arrive on time, but I was left waiting for over 3 hours with zero communication from the store. I called multiple times to check on the status, and no one picked up or returned my messages. The complete lack of customer service was shocking — no updates, no apology, no accountability. If i could give 0 stars i would. I love their cakes and i buy then for every occasion. I usually go to their kendall store but this time i made the detrimental mistake of ordering frome this store in north miami. I specifically ordered a 10-inch Bundt cake for an important office event with our Medical Director. Instead, I was sent an 8-inch cake.
