In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. Whoever the girl working in the front today (4/3/25) at around 530 had a nasty, and unprofessional attitude. She needs people training. Went to pick up my paid order today and they have a new policy to show the ID and card used to make the purchase. I asked to see the receipt they had to compare my card number because I have several cards and used Apple Pay and she held it close to her chest. I’ve always had great experiences at other Nothing Bundt Cakes, but today at this location was incredibly frustrating. I placed a fully paid order last week to pick up today at 9 am for an employee’s birthday using a company credit card, with my name on the order. When I arrived to pick it up, I was asked for a photo ID, which seemed odd since I had the confirmation email so I went back to my car to get it. What if I had sent someone else to grab it? I recently visited Nothing Bundt Cakes in Aventura to order enough cake for 40 people for my daughter’s birthday party. As someone who isn’t the best at party planning, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the different options and flavors. Thankfully, Jackie was there to help! This is a place that really cares about the people and what they're celebrating when getting a cake. We always get a cake from them not only because they're delicious but also because the people working there are thoughtful and overall nice fellows.
