I wasn't too happy with the abrupt and short attitude from the woman who helped me at the Douglasville Nothing Bundt Cake on 2/21/2026. After ordering three individual cakes, two of which were to be wrapped as a tower for birthdays, the woman at the desk made it very clear that she was put out to have to explain how it works. I came in today to order some bundtlets & I want to inquire about a fundraiser but the cashier who was in this afternoon told me the gm wouldn’t take me because either busy baking or not in I am saying this because this the third time this has happened when I wanted to speak the manager so the young lady gave me the manager name kay to call back @3 I did another lady told me she wasn’t in again so now I think people or fabricating for this manager just because she in not in the mood to answer the phone or come to the front. ... read more
