I prepaid for my order and it was ready on time.
This particular location has great service. Grace is the sweetest young lady! Ordering is a breeze. The cakes are so good! I’m currently addicted to the Biscotti Cookie Butter Cake! The store is always clean and that’s a definite plus!
Not too pleased with my visit today. Earlier this morning prior to hours of operation I placed an online pickup for a red velvet cake to be picked up at 4pm. I came in at 3:48pm to be told that it’ll be an additional 30 minutes because frosting is still needed to be added on the cake. Although I’m sure short staffing and other factors play a part, it would’ve been nice to receive an update through email regarding the process of my scheduled purchase.
