THE DUBAI CHOCOLATE CAKE IS SO GOOD!!! It would be so cool if you guys keep the frosting that you use for it I would love to have that on a cake.
This location is great. I order an online delivery late the night before my wife's birthday and asked for a 1030 delivery time not realizing the store didnt open till 930. I called them shortly after they opened to ensure they would meet the suspense and I was assured it wouldn't be a problem and it wasn't. My wife called excited at the surprise which was right in time. The customer service was amazing and they deliver as promised. Will order again.
NBC has been a lifesaver when thinking of a pick me up for office staff, parties, and just for fun. This location has been amazing with my orders online, in person, and for delivery. Most recently I ordered the limited edition Biscoff flavor bundt cake for game night and it was a huge hit!
I highly recommend that you NOT DO BUSINESS with this place!!! I placed an online order for 4 small mini bundlets, 'not a special order'...the ones that they always have available in the store if you walk in...I just wanted them ready to go on Christmas eve so I could walk in and get the box and walk out... I woke up sick as a dog, and tested positive for Covid.
