Emma and crew came to the rescue when I needed a cake last minute. On a Sunday, right before closing and what I needed wasn’t in the case. They were super, got a cake from the freezer, frosted it and tragedy was averted. Way to save the day ladies!! Thank you so much.
I always say there is never an excuse to be rude. I was in a rush and trying to order a Bundt cake through their website. The earliest pick up time available online was 30 minutes out. I called the store directly and spoke with Hannah and she informed me that they do not take orders over the phone. She was extremely polite and trying to be helpful. So I called this store to confirm they had a chocolate chip cake available for my son’s birthday. I sent my husband to pick up the 8” cake after work. He walked in and ordered said cake. Paid and brought it home. We cut into it and it was a red velvet cake! We did not eat it. Took it back the next day and they would not replace it! We will not return to this store and will tell everyone we know that they suck!
