I was running late and they stayed open for me to get a bday cake.
We had the pleasure of working with Kathy for our wedding cake and Bundtinis, and everything was absolutely perfect! From the very beginning, Kathy was kind, responsive, and wonderful to work with. As the General Manager at GoodTimes, Nothing Bundt Cakes gave us the sweetest surprise today!! We were having a super busy day and we're short staffed due to call outs, and the Manager came in spreading goodwill and delivered us a lemon bundt cake for our staff. Icing/frosting on the Bundt cakes seems to have changed. Instead of rich and buttery and full of cream cheese, it tastes like white, sugary icing, super sweet. Probably won’t be buying very many because the icing used to be the best part of the cake! Probably change the recipe to save money and cut costs.
This location exhibited a highly unprofessional demeanor. Upon entering, I requested a cake, but was informed that it was closed. Although I was indeed present at the time of closing, the door was subsequently opened, and numerous people were inside. The server then rudely locked the door behind me and denied my request for a cake, despite my repeated inquiries. I have not returned to this establishment since. The overall experience was extremely unpleasant.
