Cakes are always amazing atmosphere always clean and inviting but today with the stressful day I had I wanted a small piece of cake to eat and take in my day. NOPE not today listening is the best for the lady at the store. I ordered a lemon and what did I get a red velvet. I hate red velvet! I didn’t think of looking in the bag. I left the cake in the car and ran errands got home at 9:04pm picked up a spoon, sat down and took my cake out of the bag to see RED VELVET. Good night !
Ok, I initially gave a 5 stars a few months back. I came in today and both of my cakes are FULL of dough and entirely too thick. I dont know if you all have someone new making these now; but this is not it.
The store looks great still and the customer service was phenomenal. I was happy to see they brought back the buy 3 get one free with your blue souvenir bag on hand, but I always get the carrot bundt cupcakes and this is the first time ever HIGHLY disappointed. The carrot cake typically full of nuts/carrots and maybe raisins (not sure) but this order was horrible. It taste more like a spice cupcake and I could not taste anything other than the cake. The cakes at this location are TINY! The purpose of the dome package has always been so that the top doesn’t squish the cake. This thing is so small and flat it doesn’t even reach the top. Also this is the second time this has happened. I will no longer buy or use them for events. This cake was almost $9 btw.A joke
