Customer service was great and so is cake and Kia was so nice I'll be back for sure.
Went to this establishment to get a Bundt cake. I ordered two. I also purchased two bottles of water ($15), thinking that we were gonna eat the cake that we purchased in the car. Was I wrong!!!! The lady gave me the bag and I asked for utensils and a napkin. She says Im sorry we don’t carry utensils. So you sell food but you as an establishment can’t provide me with the utensils or even a napkin to eat the food with after I spend my money. I will no longer patronize Bundt Cake.
My husband and I picked up a dozen of the signature assortment. We were thinking of ordering some for a birthday party. I feel we paid too much money to find something in one of the Bundt cake, and it's my first time trying them. Not happy!!
