To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. I placed an online order for pickup the day before. I arrived 10 minutes past my pickup time. When I arrived I waited in line and when it was my turn the blonde haired cashier just stared at me and said next. No greeting or anything, I was weirded out by her stare.
