To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. My experience was soooo bad I ordered a cake for Father’s Day to be delivered to my house I didn’t get the cake and they didn’t answer the phone Then when I called them the next day They say will refund the money and didn’t apologize I don’t recommend this bakery for your special occasion
I placed an order online on May 5 for 1 qty of Butterflies Bundtinis, custom assortment 12ct flavors with Butterfly toppers, Happy Mothers Day flag and a custom message card saying Happy Mothers Day to my mom and to be delivered between 4:30pm-5pm. I rec’d a call after 4pm from staff member (won’t mention the name) informing me they were out of the butterfly toppers. I asked to not put any toppers and was told I’d be reimbursed for them.
