Absolutely ridiculous to wait in a long line for an order that's already ready. They need to find out a way to hand out pickup orders while everybody else is ordering.
First time ordering here and this man who took my order was super kind, and explained the cakes super well. I am definitely coming back here.
I went on my break to purchase a tower for my coworker , let’s say the cashier misunderstood what I said and my order was wrong and she proceeded to tell me because I already paid for it I could not get a refund I needed to take all three when I only wanted two ! This was my most amazing experience I have ever had at a nothing bundt cakes! Before I even get to the amazing bundt cake I got, I have to give an amazing shout-out to the absolutely stellar lady who checked me out!
