Why so rude? I came in today to pick up 6 bundtlets that I purchased in support of a fundraiser. As I approached the counter the young lady at the counter looked at the fundraiser claim tickets I had rolled her eyes and tursly stated I'm just going to tell you that if it's not in the there (the display case) then we don't have it and it will be 30 minutes. Extremely disappointed with my cake pick up today. Paid for extra icing on my online order, total was right at 50 bucks for one bundt cake with extra icing. And then called up to this store to verify that double icing could be added. Was told" Absolutely ma'am " I come to pick up and when handed the bundt cake I informed the young man working it didn't have the extra icing.
