I went on my break to purchase a tower for my coworker , let’s say the cashier misunderstood what I said and my order was wrong and she proceeded to tell me because I already paid for it I could not get a refund I needed to take all three when I only wanted two ! This was my most amazing experience I have ever had at a nothing bundt cakes! Before I even get to the amazing bundt cake I got, I have to give an amazing shout-out to the absolutely stellar lady who checked me out! Ordered my cake last night as a Birthday gift to be delivered today 11-11:30am. The delivery was prompt. The cake was delicious. The presentation was EVERYTHING!
I know it is the holiday season but why would a business give an order away when its picked up only half a day late. My son's graduation cake was supposed to be picked up on the 23rd. I went by there at 1 on the 24th and I had the most awful experience. First of all , I waited 20 minutes. Secondly.
