AMAZING service! My friend girl and I arrived right at closing like mins and Riley and Dillion were so gracious to us old gals. We were traveling on vacation from Augusta GA. We decided to order wings from Wingstop and smoothies from Tropical Cafe with bundt cake for dessert. Variety of flavors didn’t disappoint! The atmosphere was fantastic. Full of smiles and laughter. Clean, open and overall welcoming. Our server was Dylon, he was all smiles and very helpful. Very educated about the product that they sell. He handled my product with the utmost care. On the receipt, I got a survey which gave me a buy one get one free! It only took me 5 minutes and it was so easy.
The atmosphere is so clean and welcome. We were welcomed with smiling faces and a great attitude from our server, Dylon. When I ask questions, he was very professional, patient, and kind. He led us to the perfect cake. Will be returning with family and friends!
My friends and I were on a Girls Trip and wanted a sweet treat. We went into this store and was served by Riley and Dylan. They were very helpful, answered all of our questions, and made us feel so welcomed. Their customer service was great and I give them a 10. This is a great store to visit. Thanks Dylan and Riley.
The customer service was beyond excellent. The staff greeted me with gratitude, patience, and respect. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. The cakes were delicious, they had so many options on how I could get the frosting on some of these cakes. Drizzle, light drizzle, no frosting and even more! Will be returning here and will be bringing friends and family!
