Very disappointed with the customer service. I went in at 10:50 a.m. to place an order for three dozen Bundtinis and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I returned at 11:10 a.m., my order had not even been started. Clear communication and better time management would have made for a better experience. We always come here to get deserts for special events. You can say 15 minutes and then 15 minutes later state that you have not even began working on the order…

Ordered a quick birthday cake less than 24 hour notice! I did an online order and it was ready to perfection when I came to pick it up! The process was so easy. And the cake was fantastic! Highly recommend!
